Name: Xun-Lee
Age: 37
Personality: A quiet sort. Xun could be a stranger in his own town. He prefers anonimity in crowds, doesn't even like crowds, and many people tend not to notice him anyways. Very suspicious, Xun seems, to many people, overly cautious and paranoid. Unbeknownst to them (at least, until he reveals his motives to them) he's got good reason. His keeps to himself, doesn't reveal anything in what he says and stays serious for the majority of any conversation (although not necessarily formal) He's a bit of a realist and always takes situation for the worst. Very grim in demeanor. He is not like the stereotypical Shinnoyami in the fact that he's not an overbearing jerk but actually a thoughtful and inteliigent human.
Appearance: A serious face (Again, grim is probably the best adjective). Dark piercing eyes, hair drawn back into a ponytail (hair is black) For clothing he wears a blue tunic with a dark grey sash tied around the middle. A dark grey cloak and yellow scarf around his shoulders. Simple brown travellers boots on his feet and grey black trousers. Wears a travellers bag over his left shoulder and keeps a cherry walking stave in his right.
Money: 5000 shima
Clan: Disowned Shinnoyami
Strengths: Hand to hand combat, Xun-Lee knows many forms of kung-fu (both wushu and the five animal principles.) HE's also and experienced traveller and knows how to live on the lamb and off the land. Very good at turning anything meant for one thing into something for another (without actually changing it I.e. a rake into a climbing device.) Very lithe and muscular so very agile speedy and semi strong. Knows the vital points to strike (As any good martial artist should)
Weaknesses: He doesn't like to wear any heavy bulky armor and prefers his freedom of movement. Has trouble forming bonds with people. Many give him the cold shoulder for being a shinnoyami without actually knowing him (which is fine with him). Doesn't consider himself bonded to any clan (so no allies there) has a very depressing effect on other people. Thin and wiry, so if a strong attack hits him he may be in trouble.
History: Born in the rather more disgusting parts of Shinnoyami, Xun was abandoned by his abusive father at age four. An exiled monk took him in shortly afterwards, raising him and teaching him the ways of martial arts, inner peace and how to live in such a world without becoming crazy, evil, or dead. However, when Xun was 14, the kindly soul who took him in was violently murdered by bandits (although it should be noted that the old master had put paid to three out of five of them.) having no where else to stay, and with a new darker outlook on life, Xun left Shinnoyami, the bad memories, and the only place he had ever known.however, the same day he had left, the emperor was making his daily rounds of the slums, exacting punishments for no reason and the other things shinnoyami officials did. Xun, sick of the old mans ways, became enraged at watching one of the local monks get beheaded for not bowing low enough, and attacked the caravan without heed to his personal safety, saving the monk and breaking the executioners arm. The rest of the men proceeded to attack him, but he drove them off, and even got a shot in at the emperor. He managed to get away and hide that evening and found himself out and alone in the world. After learning the ways of the road (usually the hard way) Xun became accustomed to the wanderers life, eventually coming to enjoy it somewhat. He still likes to think of the places he's exploring that no one else has been, often making expeditions through uncharted territory for the fun of it. So we find him today, on the run from bounty hunters, and anyone calling themelves an ally of shinnoyami (the few that there are...)
